What is the Inc. 5000?
The Inc. 5000 is an American business magazine that started in 1979 and is known for its annual rankings of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. Many household names like Microsoft, Facebook, Patagonia, and Under Armor first gained national recognition from being on this list.
To get on the list, companies must show significant revenue growth over the last three years and meet other certain criteria. It’s a prestigious list that comes with many benefits for those who are lucky enough to be named on it.
